Anuja Sharma (Managing Director)

Ms Anuja Sharma founded Emerald Management Services with a team of human resource professionals to help businesses grow by finding the right people and empowering them to succeed. She believes that human-capital is the most vital asset when in the right place, motivated & empowered; decide the pace of business growth.EMS is a vision that evolved from her knowledge of how individuals play a key role in business success. Ms. Sharma proven track record of human resource development, relationship building and delivering record setting performances has been instrumental in assisting organisations and individuals to realize their potential and self-actualization goals. Her determination to fulfill a strong vision coupled with a passion to evolve excellence have led EMS in a short span, serve clients ranging from multinationals, global companies SME & big business groups.

She Started her career way back and she has exposure of corporate . She worked with Adecco Indiaholding position of Manager Perm for Punjab Haryana J& K and H.P. where she established entire of the business

During the years of her service, Ms. Anuja Sharma has always been keen to stay abreast with the latest business practices and management techniques. A Post graduate diploma in Business Admin, Ms. Sharma believes in globalization and has been an advocate for harnessing best business results through harmonious use of human talents.

Ms. Sharma has been inspired by the investor, businessperson / philanthropist Warren Edward Buffett and Bill Gates who innovated “business at the speed of light”. Spiritual leader Dalai Lama and the humanitarian Mother Teresa who served the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying for over forty years are her role models for the virtues and causes they stood for.

In addition to English Hindi, she speaks many other languages and apart from her business at EMS, she spends time on reading, writing, music, sports and community development.

Dr. Eishan Aryan (CEO)

Dr Eishan Aryan is an Intensivist and has 14 years of experience . He is part of Emerald Management Services 's Leadership Team since inception .He is helping company to grow as he is helping with strategic planning and expansion .He is fond of travelling , helping people in need ( by giving them his medical services ), music, fitness and reading.

Jagdeep Boparai (Country Head)

Jagdeep Boparai is a professional with 22 years of work experience and is working as National Head For India . He is part of Emerald Management Services 's Leadership Team since inception focusing on Banking and Private Banking . Before getting in to executive search he was in to Manufacturing Industry He is extremely fond of travelling and Swimming .
