1. Responsible for Profit and Loss for the Branch, Working on EVA concept Achievement of Targets
Achievement of Targets through Account Management and New business acquisitions.
2. Ensure Service delivery through team as per TAT and agreement Adhere to internal
quality process stipulations of the Organizations’ and TAT.
3. Responsible for Career Planning and training and development of team members
4. Ensuring the branch is a great place to work
5. Ensure the proper documentation according to the audit requirement to maintain the quality of the process.
6. Support in all statutory compliance related matters
7. To ensure business induction to all new joinees
8. Co-ordination with different departments for operation purposes Productivity
of team & performance.
9. Team Retention & motivation
10. Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.
11. Responsible for the branch hygiene.
12. Help conceptualize, formulate, implement and monitor recruiting strategies across the region as per
organizational structure, existing capabilities and business plans.
13. Commercial support in terms of billing, collections and Branch expenses
14. Administrative responsibility of the branch
1. Graduation/ Post Graduation from the reputed university/ Institute.
2. Additional qualification / certification in Sales would be preferred.
1. Should have 3-5 years of experience in corporate/ institutional selling
2. Understanding of operations of the concern corporates/ institution.
3. Understanding of the decision making process of the concerned corporates/ institutions.
4. Ability to keep abreast of trends in the marketplace, including competition services and strategy
5. Fluency in English is required.
6. A team-player with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to all levels.
