Role and Responsibilities:
1. Will handle sourcing of Permanent & temporary staffing requirements for clients on behalf of the company.2. Responsible for recruiting (Permanent & temp staffing) as per the targets Turnaround time should be strictly adhered.

3. Responsible for revenue & number targets.
4. JD’s of position has to be made clear before meeting the client.
5. Ensure to get a feedback from the client regarding the candidates.
6. MIS to the Reporting Manager at the end of the day.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized university.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel is must.

1.Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitments/ HR.
2.Interactions/ co-ordination with candidates & clients.
3.Understanding the concept of Permanent staffing and designing ways to recruit them.

5. Make sure there is increase in delivery and walk-ins Experience in data maintenance and MIS. 6. Good relationship building
7. Good relationship building Good communication & presentation skills.
8. Should be street smart and go getter
