As a Regional Manager for Wealth Management prime responsibility is to co-ordinate between the branches and develop business in Mutual Fund Investment, Portfolio Management, Private Equity, Real Estate, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold, Online Trading Accounts & D-mat accounts.
1. Accumulation of client database from various sources for marketing activities and conversion of business.
2. Promote Investment in various sectors of Equity Market through mutual funds on behalf of clients.
3. Trainings and Product development of branch personnel, Regional Manager, Area Managers and Senior Financial Advisors.
4. Risk Management of company as well as clients.
5. Analysis of Equity and Commodities market to ensure better services to clients and help them in making investment in healthy portfolio.
6. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationship.
1. Achievement of Regional targets under Personal Investment products viz. Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Gold Coins, OTR & D-mat accounts.
2. Co ordination with AMCs, Channel Partners, branches and Zonal Office
3. Monitoring of performance of Area Managers and Senior Financial Advisors posted at branches
4. Visits to branches for business development
5. Co ordination with Area Managers, Branch Sales Managers, Branch Operations Managers, SRM’s and other sales channels to increase the PIP sales.
6. Monitoring of FPCs at branches
7. Channel management and training of the branch staff.
8. Planning & Decision making in relation to growth of business
9. Responsible for smooth working of branch in terms of employee satisfaction, administration issues, operations and sales.
10. Responsible for recruitment of efficient staff
